I don't know what else you expect to hear. The link I shared above contains several solutions to the problem. Which indicates that there isn't a single cause, nor a single, simple solution.
Uninstall, search and remove all traces from the registry and on the HDD, then reboot and install a fresh copy. Or take this as an opportunity to start fresh and reinstall Windows. In any case, it's directly related to something that you have done. So if nothing above worked, it's time to start fresh. |
