if you mean by your antivirus etc then most programs will have a log or status of events like, detected items etc and should list any items detected and deleted during a scan or real time monitoring.

I use Malwarebyes Anti-Malware.

Search for it in spotlight.

If you find it, you can use a fee app such as AppCleaner to remove it.

If you can't find it it most likely means you don't have it on your machine.

open Malwarebytes and click on History (top right)

then click on Application Logs from the menu on the left.
open the scan logs etc and it will list anything it found and if it was deleted etc..

I would say you are malware free. at least malware that malwarebytes can detect.

Download a free copy of MalwareBytes. Update it. And then restart your computer in safe mode. Than run Malwarebytes (while still in safe mode) and it will get rid of even the most persistent Adware and Malware. Scan shows nothing your fine.
