I was hoping you guys know of any software (Really Freeware) to create Gif's.
Something simple to use. been using Video-to-Gif but now it has watermarks on it.

Yes.

Just try it first with default settings.

Change timecodes in the "From" and "To" boxes to extract a portion of a video.
Enter the width and height of the GIF in pixels - say 300x168.
Increase the frame rate for smoother GIFs.
In the second screen you have the option of removing frames you don't need.
I always select "Excellent Quality" in Color matching.

You could also try VirtualDubAPNG. There's a tutorial for it here.

I haven't used it myself so I can't tell you how easy it is to use, or how good it is.

There's also an option in VirtualDub itself... I tried it once, but can't recall if it was any good.

Load your video as normal, then go...

file -> export -> animated gif

Other than that, I would recommend "Free Video to GIF Converter", which is different than what Booster Gold suggested above. His is actually called "FreeVideotoGIFConverter"; picky, I know, but that's how it shows up on my computer (yes, I use that too), but they are separate programs.

If you're looking for a portable converter, "MovieToAniGIF" is a reasonable choice.
