I've been happily using this download program for a year with little problem, yet suddenly everytime I try and access the site now, the page never loads and then the following message appears:
This webpage is not available ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT ReloadHide details Google Chrome could not load the webpage because ul.to took too long to respond. The website may be down, or you may be experiencing issues with your Internet connection. Check your Internet connection Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems, or other network devices you may be using. Allow Chrome to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings. If it is already listed as a program allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again. If you use a proxy server... Check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server: Go to the Chrome menu > Settings > Show advanced settings... > Change proxy settings... > LAN Settings and deselect "Use a proxy server for your LAN". There's no problem with my internet connection. Is there a problem with uploaded's site or with me? Any help would be appreciated. |

First, wrong board > http://veterperementour.ru/f173-file-...age-hosts.html
Second, try a different browser. 99% of the time when I see help topics and the only browser being tested is Chrome, it's a Chrome issue. Last, the site is working fine for me. |

Use another browser. Just because it says Google on it does not mean it is good. I have tried Chrome and uninstalled it just as many times just checking to see if got better. It streams poorly. It leaves your PC full of browsing data. Google want you to use it to collect information from you not to do something for free. Firefox and Opera are good choices.
