Malwarebytes, Spybot S&D are NOT substitutes for a good antivirus/ internet security suite.
Spybot is noted for conflicting with Kaspersky.
Instead using it in a system with Avast cause no problem.
And apart from Spybot all the others don't run in automatic. You simply run a scan and cleaning sometimes.
On my pc I have CCleaner, Spybot S&D, Malwarebytes, SuperAntiSpyware, TDSSKiller, HitmanPro, AdwCleaner and HiJackThis. All free.
Since there are good free programs out there I don't see why don't use them.
All of them were adviced by the computer help forum I'm member of.
If and when you run HiJackThis always post the results in a competent forum run by reliable experts.

To solve automatically captcha you can choose one of the already mentioned captcha exchange servers, for example I use Captcha BrotherHood.
You solve captcha for other users when you have free time, then when you're away from your computer people solve catcha for you.

But first of all: have you got dynamic IP? Can you reconnect (shut off modem, change IP, then reconnect with a different IP)?
In windows type this in your Command Prompt:
ipconfig/all
Enter.
If on
DHCP Enabled line is written
YES then you have Dynamic IP.
Then you have to verify if you can force your hardware (modem, router, internet key or what you have) to disconnect and then reconnect with a new IP without having to physically shut it off. This depends also on your Internet Provider, as some of them lock the modem they gave you in free loan. Super fast internet is a problem too...
If I'm not wrong here in Italy the internet provider Alice gives locked hardwares to surf.
With the provider Stream you have static IP... and so happens abroad...
In this tab you set your modem / router IP, username, password and enter a script for your brand and model (or like me you automatically create a new one)
