If you wanna obtain the information of your vids to include them in a post and obtain a result like this:

Download and install mediainfo (mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo) and use the following template.

Copy the above code in notepad and save them as a csv file (ie. myonelinetemplate.csv) in the custom folders of media info (usually C:\Program Files\MediaInfo\Plugin\Custom).
Then open Mediainfo, go to option->preferences->Custom->Choose your desired custom test and select the file you have saved previously.
