The source is a very poor MPEG1 @ 650 kb/s 320x240 vid posted
here. I've used several single techniques to improve the vid, but none of them gave satisfactory results. I've made chunks with the best versions and I've merged them together. The final vid has poor quality, but is more watchable than the source. Here you have a comparison between both versions watched at 1920x1080 resolution.
