Even so, depending on the perspective you have, you can clearly see the implants on most pictures when she is lying down because they distort the natural shape when they are lying still and not bouncing around.
I actually think that the picture posted is a "before" picture. Look at her boobpedia page here:

The picture on the left is clearly an "after" picture. You can see that the implant is moving of to the side, away from the nipple, causing 80% of the boob to be in the wrong place. |
I think you're right and I've gone wrong, and I agree that she doesn't need impant, if the photo on the right is "before"...
