I am looking for a scene from a 90's (or early 00's) film...this is the info I have about it.
A Schoolgirl in a skimpy skirt is sitting across from the desk (the desk has an old phone on it) of a Priest (or Headmaster) and she describes to the viewer details about a Guy lustily removing her clothes off and how romantic he was, he is quite rough with her but she seems to enjoy it and from memory there was a neon sign in the bedroom.
He had stubble and she was blonde or brunette.
