Actually i wasnt suggesting a return to donors sending in keys
and then them being distributed by staff.

Just keys to be sent via PMs to those that - by the rules in page 1
- actually qualify for them

No doubt its more work 3 PMs/3 posts versus 1 Post

The rules might as well just be replaced with

TO ALL MEMBERS

Just take keys when they are posted
- POST TO SAY WHICH YOU HAVE TAKEN
- DO NOT POST REQUESTS
- DONT PM THOSE SUPPLYING KEYS WITH REQUESTS
- THAT IS ALL

Of course everyone is free to distribute how they wish but if some post keys direct to the thread it under mines the threads original intent
- to reward those who have contributed to the forum.


I agree with your sentiment but as we see with the thanks button
some do some dont


I'm sure a response like this would go down a treat
At least you'd know the keys were used
